Led the enterprise wide SKU expansion across 45 business and system groups, enabling all sales channels, ATT.com direct fulfillment, and 2,000+ retail stores to manage more than $3B in daily inventory value through unified governance, scalable system integration, and disciplined operational controls.
Led a $1.5 Billion Dollars+ sourcing portfolio spanning Truckload "TL", Less-Than-Truckload "LTL", Parcel, SaaS, and professional services, shaping enterprise sourcing strategy and executing RFX/RFP events with 30+ suppliers across multiple categories, freight bill audit governance, EDI compliance, and full vendor lifecycle management.
Negotiated 3-year efficiencies across a $500M+ transportation budget, improving delivery visibility and service performance.
Built and launched a 100,000 sq. ft. 3PL facility (Encore Repair) from the ground up to run AT&T's national Broadband/Fiber returns program, engineering a fully integrated reverse logistics network leveraging UPS/FedEx drop off infrastructure to process more than one million annual shipments.
Led the end to end DirecTV divestiture supply chain separation, orchestrating people, process, and technology transformation to deliver full operational independence aligned to corporate separation goals.
Mitigated a major reverse logistics risk when Pitney Bowes' GEC division entered Chapter 11, securing a $120 Million Dollars+ transition to UPS and preventing disruption to 2M+ AT&T packages, maintaining 95% delivery continuity across the network.
Negotiated and implemented first generation iPhone supply chain and EDI integration with Oracle ERP and Blue Yonder, establishing the operational foundation for 200M+ device sales and reducing order to cash cycle time by 20%.
Developed AT&T's automated Procure to Pay ecosystem from the ground up, scaling supplier onboarding/offboarding from zero to 40+ partners and enabling $50B+ in annual purchasing and $10B+ in inclusion spend.
Drove AT&T and Amazon AI/ML powered transformation, replacing reactive, manual workflows with predictive, automated, data driven orchestration across supply chain. Boosting operational resilience through high risk shipment detection, real time transportation rate shopping, and reducing Lost In Transit losses from $100 Million Dollars+ to $85 Million in year one.
Directed forward/reverse logistics for AT&T's Microcell product, earning industry recognition for Best Commercial Product Launch.
Led AT&T's M&A integration of IncCompass Wireless assets, including Delta, Home Depot, Cox Enterprises and others, ensuring seamless Day 1 and Day 100 execution. By aligning systems, processes, and commercial operations across sales, legal, finance, engineering, and supply chain, the integration unlocked $50M+ in revenue and delivered a scalable foundation for AT&T's enterprise mobility growth.
Led the nationwide deployment of a retail break/fix warranty model across 100+ stores, integrating process, technology, staffing, and supplier operations to offset more than $100M+ in annual cost.
Led nationwide CALEA compliance program, mitigating FCC penalties exceeding $2M/day.
